History repeats itself again this year at the Hillsdale House Inn as we gather to celebrate the Uncorking of the Beaujolais Nouveau on Saturday, November 22, 2008. The festivities will include a sumptuous 3 course dinner prepared by guest chef Chris Pateman to accompany samplings of Beaujolais Nouveau from several Vineyards.
